Quello che senti in serie TV, podcast, video YouTube. Dude, awesome, gonna, lit. Gli US hanno uno slang più "internazionale" perché esportato dal cinema.
Premessa: molto slang US ormai è globale (lo capiscono tutti). Sotto, le parole davvero usate quotidianamente — non quelle dei film anni '90.
Persone
- DudeTipo, fratello, amico (genere quasi neutro). "Hey dude!" / "That dude over there."
- BroFratello, amico (più amichevole/intimo).
- Buddy / PalAmico (un po' paterno, anche con bambini).
- GuysRagazzi (gender-neutral oggi: "Hey guys" si dice anche a un gruppo misto o solo donne).
- FolksGente / persone (informale, friendly).
- Y'all"You all" — voi (originario sud, ora ovunque). "Y'all ready?"
Cose belle / brutte
- Awesome!Fantastico! (uso enorme, anche per cose normali)
- Cool.Figo / ok.
- Sick!Fortissimo! (positivo, contro-intuitivo)
